Call for Speakers & Technical Contributions

Get involved

Advanced Chassis & Powertrain Showcase, part of Vehicle Tech Week North America, invites OEMs, Tier 1s, engineers, researchers, and technology leaders to contribute to a collaborative forum focused on the real‑world challenges of today’s propulsion and vehicle architecture transition. We are seeking technical presentations that share applied learnings, validated approaches, and engineering strategies for managing ICE, hybrid, and EV platforms in parallel, balancing regulatory demands, consumer acceptance, system complexity, and return on investment. Contributions across battery development, vehicle dynamics, thermal management, propulsion architectures, software-defined integration, and validation are encouraged. This track is designed to foster open knowledge exchange, cross‑disciplinary dialogue, and practical collaboration, bringing the industry together to simplify advanced propulsion systems and accelerate smarter, more integrated vehicle development.

SPEAKER REGISTRATION

Submission Guidance

We welcome proposals that emphasize real‑world engineering experience, system‑level thinking, and practical outcomes. Submissions may include technical deep dives, case studies, architecture strategies, validation methodologies, or lessons learned from deployed programs. Presentations should clearly articulate the challenge addressed, the approach taken, and the impact or insight gained, with an emphasis on knowledge sharing and cross‑industry learning. If your work contributes to simplifying complexity, advancing propulsion architectures, or improving consumer acceptance during this transition, we encourage you to submit and join the conversation.
