A The expo is open:

Q Will there be conference content at the event? 
A Yes, there will be a Vehicle Tech Week content program with dedicated streams for each of the four co-located expos. Details can be found here.

Q. Who is the event for?  

A Advanced Chassis & Powertrain Showcase is intended for automotive professionals directly involved in propulsion systems, vehicle dynamics, and platform development. Attendees include OEM powertrain engineers, vehicle dynamics specialists, system integration leaders, and product development teams responsible for propulsion architecture decisions. Engineering leaders, programme managers, and technical strategists attend to evaluate emerging technologies, understand integration challenges, and identify scalable solutions supporting hybrid, electric, and next‑generation propulsion strategies across diverse vehicle platforms. 

Q Is this a trade event only?  

A Yes, this event is aimed at industry professionals only.

Q Can I bring a child to the event?  

A Advanced Chassis & Powertrain Showcase is a trade-only event for individuals 16+ years of age or older. All registrants must follow health and safety protocol while at Advanced Chassis & Powertrain Showcase.

Q How do I register for a free expo pass?  

A Registration is not open yet, but you can register your interest to be one of the first to know when it is.

Q Do I need any industry or professional body accreditation to attend this event?  

A No, there are no specific criteria to attend the event. It is a trade show for all professionals working in the automotive interiors and related industries.

Q Do I need to register for the summit separately?  

A Yes. Whilst the summit is free to enter, you are still required to secure your place. You will be able to do this when registration opens. Please register your interest to be one of the first to know when it opens.

Q Who typically exhibits at this event?  

A Advanced Chassis & Powertrain Showcase presents technologies supporting the development of propulsion systems and integrated vehicle platforms. Exhibits focus on solutions for electric, hybrid, and internal combustion vehicles, addressing the growing need to balance performance, efficiency, cost, and scalability across modern programmes. Technologies are presented within a system‑level context, reflecting how propulsion, chassis, and vehicle dynamics now interact with software, thermal strategy, testing, and overall vehicle architecture.

Q Do I need a Visa?

A Visa Waiver Program/ESTA – this is necessary if you are a citizen or eligible national of a Visa Waiver Program country .

The Visa Waiver Program (VWP) enables most citizens or nationals of participating countries to travel to the United States for tourism or business for stays of 90 days or less without obtaining a visa. Travelers must have a valid Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta approval prior to travel. Please note that this is the official ESTA website and it has a fee for this service of $21.00. We would like to make you aware that there are several ‘unofficial’ websites offering the ESTA service which may involve a considerably higher charge.

REMINDER: Apply for ESTA no later than 72 hours before departing for the United States. Real-time approvals will no longer be available and arriving at the airport without a previously approved ESTA will likely result in being denied boarding.

STILL REQUIRE A VISA? To receive a visa invitation letter, you must first complete the registration form. If you are an exhibitor or speaker, please contact the visa department: visa@ukimediaevents.com.

We will start processing visa invitation letters 16 weeks before the event. If there are special circumstances that require the letter to be issued earlier than this, please email the visa department: visa@ukimediaevents.com.

Q Do I need to provide any materials for the press lounge or VIP areas?  

A As a speaker, you have the opportunity to have materials within the conference theatre. Due to sponsorship, some areas of the show may have exclusive ownership. To sponsor an area of the show, please visit the 'Sponsorship' page.
